"From charcuterie plate to cheesecake, Chef Mariana went above and beyond in quality and presentation for our dinner celebrating my husband's birthday, Everything was expertly prepared, delicious, and plentiful. The kitchen was left spotless and the dishwasher running when she and her assistant left our home. Both of them were highly professional and pleasant. I also appreciate Chef Mariana's flexibility. We had to reschedule to accommodate our guests, and she had no issues with that request. Our food choices included a charcuterie plate with a wide assortment of cured meats, pate, cheeses, and the yummiest gruyere cheese tarts. We followed that with a citrus seafood salad that was so filled with seafood it could have been our entree. But then we would have missed the duck with truffle pomme frites, which was heavenly. Our chocolate cheesecake with marscapone cream proved to be wonderful finale. I would not hesitate to hire Chef Mariana again. It was a wonderful evening and experience from booking to finish."
